TADF Properties Studied Jointly by Four ModISC groups

In the newly published paper in the Journal of Materials Chemistry C, Dietrich Püschel (group of C. Janiak) describes his work on the Molecular Design of Thermally Activated Delayed Fluorescence Properties of Phenazine-5,10-diyl-Dibenzonitriles. In this work, the effect of changing the nitrile substitution pattern on the photophysical characteristics was investigated with a focus on the potential TADF properties. Dietrich was supported by two other doctoral researchers of the ModISC, Julia Wiefermann (group of Thomas J. J. Müller) and Simon Hédé (group of O. Weingart), and Jun.-Prof. Markus Suta's group.
